I have been going to the gym for 5 years now and love it. Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending Woman Zone Gym. Jo and Julie have always been helpful, professional and skilled at making sure you are doing exercises, and using gym equipment, correctly. They look after you and make sure you are working the correct muscles. I have had a spinal problem for a little while now and can tell you, they watch me constantly (like a hawk!) to make sure I am not aggravating my condition, or pushing myself too much. They are very good at making everyone feel welcome and completely comfortable. One of the things I worried about; as I am sure most women with a bit of a pear shaped body would; is being in an environment where I am the only one without a model figure and being laughed at. I can tell you now that is most definitely NOT the case at WomanZone Gym. Attending the gym is just like being at an extremely enjoyable meeting……..with exercise included. ITS GREAT!!

I have had both Joanne and Julie as my personal trainer. They are both passionate about fitness and this shows through the energy and enthusiasm they bring to every session. They are easy going and friendly and this creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. They make each workout challenging, creative and most importantly fun. They also place high value on correct form with each excercise and motivate me to push past my percieved limits to get results.
