Personal Training Can be in the Fitness Centre, Outdoors or in the comfort of your own home. It can be one on one or in a small group.

ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

  • £35 (60 minutes)
  • £25 ( 40 minutes)

In addition you will receive a weekly schedule with a home program to suit you and Nutrition Advice. You will have a free 30 minute consultation to establish your goals, medical details and so on. You can book just one personal training session to be shown how to do a home program.
