NORDIC WALKING INTRODUCTORY SESSION
- Duration = 60 minutes
- Cost = £10 per person ( 4 - 8 people) £35 one to one
- When ? = for one to one or if you have a group of friends all interested, then we will arrange a time to suit you. Alternatively we run a 6 week course in the Spring, first week is the introduction and subsequent weeks are practice walks all one hour each.This course costs £50 per person. Dates to be confirmed shortly on this website.
- Where ? - Port Erin beach or promenade.
During these sessions you will be trained by Joanne who qualified as a Nordic Walking Coach in 2007.
